SINTESI - ZUSAMMENFASSUNG - ABSTRACT

L'imposta di soggiorno è entrata in vigore a Trarego Viggiona a partire dal 1° febbraio 2023.

L'IMPOSTA È DA PAGARE PER TUTTE LE NOTTI DEL SOGGIORNO.

Per le strutture attualmente presenti sul territorio comunale è pari a 1,00 € a persona per notte con le seguenti esenzioni:
a) i minori fino al compimento del quinto anno di eta`;
b) i soggetti che assistono i degenti ricoverati presso strutture socio-sanitarie del territorio comunale, in ragione di un accompagnatore per paziente;
c) i genitori, o accompagnatori, che assistono i minori di diciotto anni degenti ricoverati presso strutture socio-sanitarie del territorio, per un massimo di due persone per paziente.
d) persone disabili non autosufficienti e loro accompagnatore (nel numero massimo di 1 accompagnatore)

L'applicazione delle esenzioni comunali di cui al precedente comma lett. b) e c), e` subordinata al rilascio al gestore della struttura ricettiva, da parte dell'interessato di un'attestazione, resa in base alle disposizioni di cui agli articoli 46 e 47 del D.P.R. 445/2000 e s.m.i., contenente le generalita` degli accompagnatori/genitori e dei pazienti, nonche´ il periodo di riferimento delle prestazioni sanitarie o del ricovero. L'accompagnatore/genitore deve altresi` dichiarare che il soggiorno presso la struttura ricettiva e` finalizzato all'assistenza sanitaria nei confronti del paziente.

DIE STEUER IST FÜR ALLE NÄCHTE DES AUFENTHALTS ZU ZAHLEN.

Für Einrichtungen, die sich derzeit in der Gemeinde befinden, beträgt sie 1,00 € pro Person und Nacht mit folgenden Ausnahmen:
a) Minderjährige bis zum vollendeten fünften Lebensjahr;
b) Personen, die Patienten, die in Einrichtungen des sozialen Gesundheitswesens im Gemeindegebiet aufgenommen werden, begleiten, und zwar eine Begleitperson pro Patient;
c) Eltern oder Begleitpersonen, die Kinder unter achtzehn Jahren betreuen, die stationär in Einrichtungen des sozialen Gesundheitswesens der Gemeinde untergebracht sind, und zwar bis zu zwei Personen pro Patient
d) nicht selbstständig lebende Behinderte und ihre Betreuer (maximal 1 Betreuer)

Die Anwendung der unter den Buchstaben b) und c) genannten kommunalen Ausnahmeregelungen setzt voraus, dass der Betroffene dem Betreiber der Unterbringungseinrichtung eine Bescheinigung gemäß den Artikeln 46 und 47 des Präsidialerlasses Nr. 445/2000 in seiner geänderten und ergänzten Fassung ausstellt, die die allgemeinen Angaben zur Begleitperson/zum Elternteil und zum Patienten sowie den Bezugszeitraum der Gesundheitsleistungen oder des Krankenhausaufenthalts enthält. Die Begleitperson/der Elternteil muss außerdem erklären, dass der Zweck des Aufenthalts in der Unterkunft darin besteht, dem Patienten medizinische Hilfe zu leisten.

The tourist tax came into force in Trarego Viggiona starting from 1 February 2023.

TAX IS PAYABLE FOR ALL NIGHTS OF THE STAY.For structures currently present in the municipal area it is €1.00 per person per night with the following exemptions:
a) minors up to the age of five;
b) individuals who assist patients hospitalized in socio-healthcare facilities in the municipal area, at the rate of one companion per patient;
c) parents, or carers, who assist minors under the age of eighteen hospitalized in local social and healthcare facilities, for a maximum of two people per patient.
d) non-self-sufficient disabled people and their companion (maximum number of 1 companion)
The application of the municipal exemptions referred to in the previous paragraph lett. b) and c), is subject to the interested party issuing a certificate to the manager of the accommodation facility, made in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of the Presidential Decree. 445/2000 and subsequent amendments, containing the personal details of the carers/parents and patients, as well as the reference period of the healthcare services or hospitalization. The companion/parent must also declare that the stay at the accommodation facility is aimed at providing healthcare to the patient.
